Galvanizing and powder coating are used to lengthen the products' economic life considerably. 

Hot-dip galvanizing

Hot-dip galvanizing ensures a durable layer that protects the metal against corrosion. If this is compromised, then the galvanizing will provide protection and the zinc will safeguard the steel.

Electrostatic powder coating

Powder coating is an organic finish which is applied as a dry powder and cures afterwards. Raising the temperature causes the powder to liquefy and form a sealed layer. Using electrostatic powder coating in accordance with VISEM quality requirements enables Staco Redman to apply any required RAL colour to its products. This significantly broadens the range of potential architectural applications.
